Our Bereavement Support Group is a place to connect with others who are grieving, to gather information to assist you with bereavement issues, and to receive encouragement and support. The group meets the second Tuesday of every month at Noon at our office, 3500 NW 39th Street, Oklahoma City. The support group is open to the community, and a light lunch is provided. Caregiver Support Group

Our Caring Connections Caregiver Support Group is a place to connect with other caregivers, to gather information to assist you with caregiving issues, and to receive encouragement and support. Making Your Voice Heard

Thursday, November 13

Dorothy Cassel, past-president of the Oklahoma Silver Haired Legislature, will be our guest speaker. She will discuss how you can have your voice heard in the state and federal governments, and she will give an update on current legislation on senior issues. There will also be a special guest appearance by Oklahoma Lieutenant Govenor Jari Askins. The program is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 13 at our office, 3500 NW 39th Street, Oklahoma City. This program is free to the community, and refreshments will be served. Memorial Service

Each quarter, AutumnBridge Hospice holds a memorial service to honor those patients who have passed away. We invite family members and friends to attend and to light a candle in honor of their loved ones. The next service is scheduled for noon on Tuesday, October 28 at the India Temple Center, 3601 NW 36th Street, Oklahoma City.
