Bereavement Support Group

Second Tuesday of Every Month

Our Bereavement Support Group is a place to connect with others who are grieving, to gather information to assist you with bereavement issues, and to receive encouragement and support. The group meets the second Tuesday of every month at Noon at our office, 3500 NW 39th Street, Oklahoma City. The support group is open to the community, and a light lunch is provided. Memorial Service

Tuesday, April 27

Each quarter, AutumnBridge Hospice holds a memorial service to honor those patients who have passed away. We invite family members and friends to attend and to light a candle in honor of their loved ones. The next service is scheduled for noon on Tuesday, April 27 at the India Temple Center, 3601 NW 36th Street, Oklahoma City.
