Our Approach To Care

AutumnBridge Hospice offers a comprehensive, team approach to providing care in a patient’s home or homelike setting. We believe that each patient should be able to live pain-free and with dignity, and that families should receive the necessary support to allow their loved ones to do so.

Our philosophy of care affirms life and accepts death as a natural part of life. Our services neither hasten nor prolong the dying process. Our focus is to make our patients’ final months as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
